This page explains how contracts are formed with us, in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and, where the client is a consumer, consumer and user protection regulations.
Target Audience of the Services
Our services are directed at companies and professionals. If you intend to contract as a consumer (that is, outside of your business or professional activity), please indicate this before contracting so that we may apply the conditions and rights recognised for you by law.
Information received before contracting
Before accepting, you will receive in the proposal, estimate, or Work Order (or in the documents linked therein):
- The description of the services, deliverables, included scope, and exclusions.
- The price, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and third-party costs.
- The execution and delivery timeframes.
- The duration, renewal, and termination conditions, if maintenance or another recurring service is contracted.
- The cancellation conditions and, if you are a consumer, withdrawal conditions.
- The applicable guarantees: the agreed correction guarantee and, where applicable, legal guarantees.
- The accepted payment methods.
- The steps to formalise the contract, how to correct errors, and the language.
- The applicable contractual conditions and how to consult them.
- Contact details for enquiries and claims.
How the contract is formed
- Enquiry. You write to us via the form, by email, or through another contact channel.
- Proposal. We send you a proposal, estimate, or Work Order containing the scope, price, deadlines, and conditions.
- Review. You may review it, request changes, and correct any errors before accepting it. A proposal that you do not accept does not bind you.
- Acceptance. The contract is formalised when you expressly accept it: by electronic signature, acceptance email, or the acceptance or payment button, if the process offers one. That button will clearly indicate that the action implies an obligation to pay.
- Confirmation. We will confirm the contracting by email without delay and, at the latest, within 24 hours following acceptance, with a copy of the accepted document.
Retention and access to the contract
You will receive a copy of the contract in electronic format. We retain contractual documents for the necessary duration and as required by law. You may request a copy by writing to hello@delstudio.site.
Applicable documents and priority
The services are governed by the proposal or Work Order and by the contract you sign with us. The Website Terms of Use apply in a supplementary manner. In the event of contradiction, the signed contractual documents shall prevail, without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions.
Language
The contracting process is carried out in Spanish, unless we agree on another language in writing.
Payment and invoicing
You may pay by bank transfer or, when available, through Stripe. We issue electronic invoices. The details of prices, taxes, and charges are set out in the Prices, Taxes, and Charges Policy.
If you contract as a consumer
You have a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days and the corresponding legal guarantees. Please consult the Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy.
