DEL Studio is a trading name used by Eduard Varariu Diaconu in the exercise of his professional activity. It does not constitute a legal person independent of its owner. Hereinafter, "the Owner" designates Eduard Varariu Diaconu.

The Website offers information about DEL Studio, its professional services, technical capabilities and contact methods, and facilitates communication with potential and existing clients.

Services may include, among others, software engineering, web application development, design and implementation of digital systems, automation, artificial intelligence integration, technical architecture, technology consultancy, systems refactoring, maintenance and support.

The published information is of a general and informative nature and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The hiring of services is governed by the proposals, contracts, Statements of Work and other documents expressly accepted by the parties.

The user undertakes to use the Website lawfully, diligently and in accordance with applicable legislation, good faith and the rights of third parties.
