Pricing, Taxes and Charges Policy

DEL Studio services are quoted individually because their price depends on the scope, requirements, and deliverables of each project. Before you accept, we always indicate the total price, taxes, and payment schedule. We do not add amounts that do not appear in the accepted proposal.

Prices are expressed in euros. Unless otherwise indicated, they are understood to be exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable. Any indicative prices or amounts that may appear on the Websites are purely informative and do not constitute a binding offer.

Each proposal or quote indicates:

• //The included scope and exclusions.
• //The amounts and taxes.
• //The schedule and payment terms.
• //The validity period of the offer. Unless another is indicated, it is 30 days from its date.
• //The procedure for approving changes and the price of additional work.

Recurring services (maintenance and support) also indicate the billing frequency and the rules for renewal and price review of the Subscriptions and Renewals Policy.

Value Added Tax (IVA) is applied to prices in accordance with current regulations; in Spain, generally at a rate of 21%. Tax treatment depends on the nature of the transaction and the location and status of the client. In transactions with entrepreneurs or professionals from other countries, a different regime may be applicable, such as the reverse charge mechanism (inversión del sujeto pasivo), for which we require your correct tax details, including your intra-community VAT number where appropriate. The applicable Tax is indicated in the proposal and on the invoice.

Third-party costs (licences, domains, hosting, cloud services and similar) are not included in the price unless indicated. If they are necessary, we will communicate them to you and bill them at cost with your prior approval. Work outside the agreed scope is only carried out and billed if you approve it in writing, at the rate indicated in the proposal.

You can pay by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or, when available, via Stripe. Invoices are issued by electronic means and are paid within the period indicated in the proposal or, failing that, 30 days from their date. Non-payment accrues late payment interest and compensation for recovery costs under Law 3/2004 (Ley 3/2004) when you act as an entrepreneur or professional.

If we detect or you notify us of an obvious error in a price or an invoice, we will review and correct it. If the error is noticed before you accept, we will inform you and you can decide whether to continue with the correct price. If detected afterwards, it will be regularised in accordance with the contract and the law, and we will issue the corresponding rectifying invoice.
