Accessibility Statement

Eduard Varariu Diaconu, acting under the trade name DEL Studio, wants its websites to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. As a goal for progressive improvement, we take the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as a reference.

This statement applies to the websites delstudio.site and delstudio.store (the "Websites"), which are aimed at companies and professionals.

It is published voluntarily. It is not the accessibility statement required for public sector bodies nor a declaration of conformity with a specific technical standard.

The Websites have not been subject to an external audit or accessibility certification; therefore, we do not declare full conformity with WCAG. We review and correct the barriers we detect or that are reported to us, and we take accessibility into account when incorporating new content and functionalities.

Some content and functions are provided by third parties, such as embedded videos, the WhatsApp contact widget, or payment processing. Their accessibility depends on each provider and their configuration. If any of these present a difficulty, please write to us and we will offer you a reasonable alternative, such as assisting you via email.

This statement does not limit the rights recognized by regulations for persons with disabilities, particularly those provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 and Law 11/2023, where applicable.

We will update this statement when relevant changes occur on the Websites or when an accessibility review is completed that allows for a more precise description of their status. The current version indicates its date. It is offered in Spanish, which prevails if published in other languages.
