Eduard Varariu Diaconu, trading as DEL Studio, rejects all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, and labour exploitation, and commits neither to participate in nor facilitate them.

This is published voluntarily as an expression of that commitment.

DEL Studio provides software services, applications, digital systems, integrations, and automation for companies. This is a professional activity involving intellectual services, with a limited supply chain consisting primarily of technology and cloud service providers. We consider the exposure to these types of risks to be low, and we apply measures proportionate to it.

We expect the providers and collaborators with whom we work to:

• //Comply with the labour and human rights legislation applicable to them.
• //Not use forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, or other forms of exploitation.
• //Inform us if they have reasonable grounds to believe there is a risk of this type in their activity or their supply chain.
• //Cooperate in good faith should we need to clarify a potential incident.

If we become aware of reasonable grounds indicating that a provider or collaborator is involved in these practices, we will request explanations and, if these are not corrected or are not satisfactory, we will terminate the relationship and, where appropriate, report it to the competent authorities.

We will analyse the communication with confidentiality and adopt the appropriate measures according to the available information and the law.

This statement expresses a commitment to conduct. It is not an independent certification nor does it guarantee that no risk exists throughout the entire supply chain. We will review it whenever there are changes to our activity, our relationships with providers, or the applicable legal obligations.
