When you submit a form on the Websites, we process your data in accordance with this basic information. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Mandatory and optional fields
Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require them to attend to your request. We only request data relevant to that purpose. We ask that you do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal data or unnecessary confidential information in free-text fields.
Communications related to your request
Messages we need to send you to respond to an enquiry, manage a request or execute a contract (proposals, invoices, service notices) are operational communications. They are not advertising and do not require your consent for marketing purposes.
Commercial communications
Pursuant to Article 21 of the LSSI-CE (Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), we will only send you commercial communications by email or other equivalent electronic means in the following cases:
- If you have given your express consent.
- If there is a prior contractual relationship and the communication refers to services similar to those you contracted.
Submitting a contact form does not imply acceptance of advertising. Consent for commercial communications is requested via its own separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox, and we maintain a record of your choice.
Unsubscribing
You may object to receiving commercial communications at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link included in each message or by writing to privacy@delstudio.site. We will attend to your request without delay. Unsubscribing does not prevent the operational messages referred to in section 3.
WhatsApp and other messaging channels
We may communicate with you via WhatsApp or other channels when you have contacted us through them or have given us your consent to do so. We do not send promotional messages via these channels to individuals who have not requested or consented to them.
Providers and tools
We use technology providers to host forms, store data and manage communications. They act on our behalf and under the guarantees of Article 28 of the RGPD/GDPR. You will find the categories of recipients and the guarantees for international transfers in the Privacy Policy.
